Coffee from the Garut region of Java, grown on the slopes of the active Papandayan volcano. Yellow Bourbon beans have undergone an 18 hour fermentation process in full wash treatment. The farm Val & Moris, which is run by Mr Dedy Novandi, is located at 1340 – 1730 masl.
