The provision of data by you in connection with the use of the Site or shopping in the Store or creating an account in the Store is voluntary, however, the provision of the marked data may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement with Fair Manifest, as well as for other purposes described below.
Fair Manifest will process your personal data primarily for the purpose of performing sales contracts concluded with you through the Store or maintaining your account in the Store, to provide you with training and workshops and to perform activities immediately prior to the conclusion of such contracts. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case will be art.6.1.b of RODO.
In connection with the implementation of the Fair Manifest contract, Fair Manifest may also process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations – in particular for billing purposes and issuing bills or invoices for you. In this case, the legal basis for processing your personal data will be the performance of a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c of GDR).
In some cases, your personal data may also be processed on the basis of Art. 6, par. 1, letter f of the PCO, within the framework of the so called “personal data processing”. legitimate interests of Fair Manifest, such as promotional and commercial activities of Fair Manifest, sending you a newsletter or current contact with you for purposes other than concluding and performing an agreement, ensuring availability of the Site and the Store, increasing the functionality of the Site, improving the quality of provided services, enabling the adjustment of the offer to the needs of customers, as well as other purposes directly related to the functioning of the Site and the Store, in particular the study of the statistics of visits, as well as to enforce the provisions of the Regulations of the Kopkopi.pl/kopkopi.com Store, protect your rights and possibly enforce your claims to Fair Manifest.
We will store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the agreements concluded with you and the period of limitation of claims resulting from the concluded agreement – e.g. for the period of order fulfillment, holding an account in the Store, unless the relevant regulations require their processing (storage) for a longer period. In specific cases, Fair Manifest will process your data for a longer period of time in connection with taking up, investigating or removing legal claims or conducting internal proceedings. The aforementioned period of storage results from the need to fulfill Fair Manifest’s contractual or legal obligations, obtain information related to the performance of contracts and provide evidence in possible judicial and extra-judicial proceedings.
Fair Manifest uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data, appropriate to the risks and categories of your protected data, and in particular, protects the technical and organizational data against unauthorized access, unauthorized taking away by an unauthorized or illegal person and against change, loss, damage or destruction, using, among others, SSL certificates on the Site and in the Store.
We will provide personal data to entities to whom we outsource services necessary to perform the contract on your behalf, as well as to parties to contracts concluded by Fair Manifest for the provision of auxiliary services in the course of business activity conducted by Fair Manifest, i.e. mail and couriers, carriers, payment companies, IT service providers and accountants or other advisors. Such entities process data on the basis of contracts of entrustment of personal data processing and only in accordance with our instructions.
Your personal data may also be transferred to state authorities and institutions authorized under the law for the purpose of performing your duties or fulfilling your legal obligations under the Fair Manifesto. Your data may also be disclosed to other data controllers for independent processing, for a limited purpose and scope, such as travel agencies, carriers or hotels.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling – if we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest and your objection is justified by your specific situation. In cases where the processing of personal data would be based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing you would have carried out on the basis of your consent before withdrawal.
If you believe that we have violated the law by processing your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Poland.
When processing your data for the purposes described above, Fair Manifest does not profile you on the basis of your personal data, i.e. Fair Manifest does not use systems that lead to automated decision-making towards you. Fair Manifest does not intend to transfer your data to third countries – outside the European Economic Area.
Fair Manifest may use cookies (small text files downloaded to the user’s computer, which may be used to store information about the user and his preferences) and other similar technologies to enable logging on to the Site (in the Shop) and to display personalized advertisements and to monitor Site traffic and visit statistics.
The Site may also contain so-called social and marketing plugins, which may also use cookies.
