How to do it?

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, send us a message at [email protected] with the following information: order number, returned items, reason for return (optional)
  • You can, of course, bring your returned items personally to our premises
  • you can return all products within 14 days if they are not used and the packaging isn’t open
  • The cost of return is borne by the buyer
